A rare glimpse into what keeps me busy most of my weeknights and a lot of weekends… Kelly was one of my first clients back in 2015 and was just starting out in real estate when we connected via Craigslist 🤣. Fast forward to 2023 and she has a team of agents selling 215 homes per year, totaling $120M in production in 2022 alone. It’s wild to think a random Craigslist connection could turn into 8 years of work and countless marketing pieces (including every single listing brochure with corresponding social media marketing pieces). Oh, and we’ve still never met in person to this day. 💙😂💙

One of my favorite invites of all time - not only the sweetest and easiest clients, but also free creative reign aside from the only ask for a blue balloon 💙💙💙
