Thank you for your generosity and thoughtfulness in donating to the Silva Ataxia Foundation. Our 2023 Silva Ataxia Fundraiser was another huge success, raising over $60,000 (and counting) to support the Spinocerebellar Ataxia3 (SCA3) research of the Khurana Lab at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Dr. Vik Khurana and his colleagues, including inaugural Silva Ataxia Foundation Scholar Dr. Asia (Joanna) Korecka, continue to make monumental strides toward developing therapies to treat Machado-Joseph Disease!...

We will have the Silent Auction, the very popular Heart Pull and the great appetizers from the Red Inn. Dr. Vik will be attending to give everyone an update. Tickets for the event are $125 per person and can be purchased Here in advance or at the door. Each tickets comes with two drink tickets.

The foundation was created to advance the research of the Khurana lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Khurana's research is specifically to work on curing the SCA3 Ataxin-3 mutation.
