*The Class level will be beginner/Intermediate level but open to everyone who is up for a fun challenge! This will be a 4-week progressive series, but not to worry, we will review the previous week if you do miss a class. Drop-ins are more than welcome to join!*

(This class is focused on taking your Cuban Salsa known as Casino & Afro-Cuban Folklore movements to the next level)

-11am-12pm Beginner Rueda
(”Rueda” means Circle in Spanish and the Origin of Rueda De Casino comes from Cuba.
You’re dancing Salsa with multiple couples in a circle switching partners while doing fun & intricate moves. It’s taking partner dancing to a new level!)

This class will be heavily focus on footwork/shines (salsa suelta), styling, Afro-Cuban movements, history, confidence building, and so much more! This class is for anyone and everyone who wants to learn or improve themselves in the gorgeous dance of Casino (Cuban Salsa).

Due the increased Covid and monkey pox cases, we will be postponing more classes to protect the community.
Once things get better, best believe we will resume our classes just like before.

Its all happening at the heart of Oakland in the Temescal Area!
We are truly excited to begin this New monthly event for the public!
We have two talented Primos showing what they are truly passionate about and they cant wait to share that with you.

We have a beautiful Studio with wall to wall mirrors, a huge dance floor, great outdoor seating and a lounge area in the back, a knowledgeable dance instructor whos living the dream doing what he loves and teaching the beautiful dance of Cuban Salsa known as "Casino", and an extremely skilled Chef whos authentic cuisine will make you return for seconds and even thirds. is happy to present another brand new class opening up with starting TONIGHT at 7:30pm for your weekly Friday night dancing!

This Cuban Salsa Partner base class will help you understand and learn the addicting dance style called “Rueda”.
It’s partner dancing taking it to the next level by switching partners while doing fun intricate moves and learning the names of these specific moves for this amazingly addicting international dance.

Never been to “The Dome” in the west field centre?
It’s easy to find!

There’s 2 ways to get there!

🚆 (Bart)
1.If you’re taking Bart, exit on POWELL, it will take you directly to the Lower floor/food area of Westfield. Go to the elevator and go to the 4th floor/1st floor of Nordstrom.
Once you’re there, make a right and The Dome is right there! (4th Pic of this Carrousel).

🚗(Driving)
2. If you’re driving, go on Mission st and find the parking garage called “Fifth & Mission Parking Garage” (it’s right across Bloomingdales).
Go inside Bloomingdales, go to the shopping center where the elevators are.
Go to the 4th/1st floor of Nordstrom. When you exit, make a right and ta-da! You’re at “The Dome”.

Get ready to sweat, learn some cool moves, learn Spanish, but most importantly have a great time at the historical “Dome”

*Cardio Suelta*

Cardio Suelta is a class focused on “Shines” or “solo-work” to spice up your dancing on the dance floor. Styling, suaveness, mini choreos/footwork, and just overall fun.
This is a class to challenge yourself and be that dancer you always dreamed of. All levels are welcome!

*Cuban Salsa Rueda*

”Rueda” means Circle in Spanish and the Origin of Rueda comes from Cuba. You’re dancing Salsa with multiple couples in a circle switching partners while doing fun & intricate moves. It’s taking partner dancing to a new level!
Don’t know how to dance? Don't worry! You will learn how to by the end of the class!
Do you need a partner? Not at all! All are welcome!

Cardio Suelta starts at 6pm and The Rueda/Partner class at 7:15pm.
