The First Tee – Cape Cod The First Tee of Massachusetts opened its doors on Cape Cod in 2007 at Hyannis Golf Course. At this site, children from the surrounding communities can take part in seasonal programs that introduce them to the game of golf and its inherent values.

Barnstable Recreation is partnering with Donnellan Golf 365 for this great new golf event. Registration begins Monday, February 5th at the Hyannis Youth and Community Center. This is an individual, stroke-play virtual golf tournament for Boys and Girls 18 & Under. Players will accumulate points after each tournament with a Champion determined at the of the season. 2019 Drive, Chip and Putt Schedule The USGA, Masters Tournament and the PGA of America have officially launched the sixth year of Drive, Chip and Putt by announcing the local and subregional schedule for the 2018-2019 qualifying season.

Ages 7-13

We will have five teams this year with space for 50-60 players.
Season runs five weeks from the beginning of July thru early August with the opportunity for some kids tp play on an All Star team and post season competition.

Teams will play out of Hyannis GC (varsity, 2 teams), Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds GC (varsity,1 team), and Twin Brooks GC.(jv , 2 teams)

Our varsity teams will play against each other and teams from Pocassett, Woods Hole, and New Seabury.

Kids receive a hat and two shirts and will have one practice and one match per week.
