Rented a mini jeepney for a day with the driver as our personal tour guide. In the Philippines ✨, we call it 'pakyaw', meaning "package deal"or "fixed rate". The rate was Php 1,500 for a whole day 7am-6pm🚙 but I'm sure you can get it cheaper if you're a good negotiator lol. ✌🏼
Traveling as a plus-size can honestly be draining for my mental health😰. As much as I want to only focus on the positive, this is how it really is. Encountering smaller seats, or cramped accommodations, the stares 👀🗣️ and judgmental remarks can add an emotional weight to the journey. But hey, it doesn’t mean I’m missing out on the joy of exploration. 🗺️🧭
