If you resonate with this first cycle it is time to look at what you are doing.
It is an all too familiar story that we have time off, we feel ‘guilty’ about missing the gym and on the return we try to ‘make-up’ for lost time.
I’ll sound like a broken record, but for majority of people consistency is key. We exercise to live, not live to exercise.
If you’re constantly dealing with niggles, hitting plateaus, lacking motivation or lacking discipline. Read through the second cycle and then read it again.

It doesn’t matter what the temperature is outside. Maintaining a good level of hydration is always important.
Some of the things it effects will surprise you!

3 REASONS YOU’RE NOT GETTING STRONGER.
Strength training doesn’t have to mean that you’re competing in a powerlifting or strongman competition.
We can lift heavy things because we enjoy it, for longevity, improve everyday performance or of course for competition.
There is something satisfying about being able to pick something up or move something that you once couldn’t. But it won’t happen overnight.

The crew brought this character to life from some ‘sketchy’ ideas I had, so now it’s time to put him to work.

Meet Jordan. He is the owner and operator of ERUPT.
His holistic training philosophy is targeted towards the individual and their needs.
Jordan believes that when done the right way training can give us so much more than juicy glutes or massive biceps (although they are a bonus!), but rather help us learn about ourselves, whilst understanding the importance of discipline, confidence, delayed gratification, socialization and pursuing something difficult in the name of health and fitness.
Jordan holds a double Bachelor Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Canberra. With an approach and principles based on scientifically proven methods. Train with him and you can be sure to Erupt and unlock the best version of yourself.
We are a supportive health and fitness community, that is also going to push you to your limits, its not going to be easy, but it will be worth it. We focus on doing the small things correct to achieve amazing results.
