This is an older metal First Aid Kit that used to hang on the wall at a GULF Service Station.

Measures approximately 10.5" x 8.25" x 2.5"

I purchased at an estate sale with contents & directions as shown in photos.
It has a single metal handle, 1 latch & 2 metal hang tabs.
It shows signs of wear & use but still in pretty good condition for gas & oil collectors.
I've not tried cleaning it.
