I believe that becoming healthy long term does not have to be difficult or painful.

My Philosophy….
I have noticed over the years that there is a general consensus that getting old means pain and suffering. I don't subscribe to that belief. I am now 59 years old and people who don't know me often think I look and act like I am 35..... I live what I teach and like to think I am living proof that what we do works....
I believe that good health is not a slippery hill that we are trying to climb and keep sliding back down to the valley floor (poor health), but instead life is a valley with good health at the bottom and bad health at the top of the sides of the valley.
With many of the poor daily decisions we make we work our way up the side of the valley towards poor health and if we do a few very simple things we start to slide down the side to the bottom of the valley (good health)
These simple things include:
1. taking in adequate and efficacious nutrition
2. eliminating toxins from our lives
3. having a simple and easy way to rid our body of the toxins that get in
The simple things we need to change are:
1. our attitude that says I can't change my situation
2. stop eating "easy food" "fast food" "processed food"
3. life is about the journey not the destination
4. being open to new ideas
5. know that it is ok to make mistakes....
One of the things I believe is that as people get healthier they stop struggling in their life and start enjoying each moment.
