Best photo I’ve seen in a long time

My story...

Having started my professional career in the health and fitness industry in the late 90’s, after several years I decided to go down a different path and join my amazing father in our family transport and logistics industry. This turned out to be a great decision and I was lucky to enjoy working along side him for many years. It is down to him and the close relationship I had with him that I attribute my work ethic, integrity and my strong desire to contribute and have a positive effect on people.

My Father always emphasized that fact that knowledge is power and the importance of reading and constantly learning. After reading several (MANY) self help/personal development and business books, attending many seminars and workshops, I have never looked back. I’ve spent the last 10 years building multiple companies, some big, some small but all providing valuable business and life lessons along the way.

I’ve also maintained an excellent level of health and fitness through my knowledge and experince in that area.

In that last 10 years I’ve personally worked with many different coaches developing myself, all of whom have made a huge positive impact on my life. I now enjoy having that same positive impact on the lives of others.
