Berkeley Hyperloop

Now known as Formula Electric at Berkeley

Our collaboration of over 60+ UC Berkeley engineers and other majors, guided by 5 faculty advisers, aims to create a prototype for the Hyperloop transportation concept released by Elon Musk. Together, we are the first and foremost team to utilize a build process that upholds safety first as our main foundation. Our work is in full stride right now with development and testing, and we are looking forward to representing Cal in SpaceX's Hyperloop Pod Competition!
