Ingredients:
- 250 g frozen raspberries
- 250 g frozen whipped cream
- 100 g condensed milk
- 100 ml milk
Preparation:
1️⃣ Measure the ingredients:
Weigh and measure all ingredients for accuracy.
2️⃣ Blend:
Add all the ingredients. frozen raspberries, whipped cream, condensed milk, and milk to the Supercook jar.
🌀 Blend until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Transfer to container:
Pour the blended mixture into a container.
4️⃣ Add toppings (Optional):
Add extra frozen raspberries on top for a decorative touch.
5️⃣ Freeze:
Place the container in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
6️⃣ Serve and enjoy!

Chickpeas with Pumpkin
Ingredients (for 5 serves):
- 350 g Chickpeas (soaked overnight)
- 200 g Pumpkin (cut into cubes)
- 40 g Rice
- 1/2 Red bell pepper (cut in half)
- 1/2 Onion (cut in half)
- 40 ml Oil
- 1 tsp Chili powder (color chili pepper)
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 900 ml Boiling water
- 1 rib or Vegetable stock cube
- Salt to taste
- 150 g Chorizo (cut into thin slices)
Step-by-Step Preparation:
1️⃣ Wash the chickpeas
- Rinse the soaked chickpeas thoroughly and set aside.
2️⃣ Chop vegetables
- Add the 1/2 onion and 1/2 red bell pepper to the Supercook jar.
🌀 Chop for 15 seconds at Speed 5.
3️⃣ Fry the mixture
- Add 40 ml oil to the jar.

BUTTER LEMON SALMON AND CAULIFLOWER SOUP - 2 IN 1
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 500g Salmon Fillets (approx. 1-3 pieces with skin)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 3 Pinches of Cayenne Pepper
- 50g Butter
Step-by-Step Preparation:
0. Prepare the Salmon:
- Rub the salmon fillets with 1/4 tsp salt and set aside.
- Place the salmon fillets on parchment paper.
1. Garlic Butter Lemon Sauce:
- Add 3 garlic cloves into the Supercook jar.
🌀 Chop for 5 seconds, Speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the jar with a spatula.

Conger Eel Soup
Ingredients:
- 6 pieces of conger eel (or fish of your choice), medium-sized
- 1 onion, cut into strips
- 300g medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 6 pieces
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, julienned
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 150 ml white wine
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 fish stock cube (dissolved in boiling water)
- 1 tablespoon chili pepper (or paprika)
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 70 ml olive oil (divided: 50 ml + 20 ml)
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 50 ml cream (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation:
1️⃣ Prepare the Fish and Potatoes:
- Season the conger eel with salt, pepper, and 20 ml of olive oil. Set it aside in the deep tray of the steamer set.
- Place the 300g of peeled and cut potatoes into the steaming basket. Set it aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Aromatics:
- Add 2 garlic cloves and 50 ml of olive oil into the jar.
- Chop for 10 seconds, at Speed 5, without heat.
- Scrape down any residue from the sides of the jar. Add the onion, chili pepper, and oregano, and sauté for 7 minutes, at Speed 1, and set the temperature to 110°C.
3️⃣ Add Vegetables and Broth:
- Add the carrot slices, julienned bell pepper, dissolved fish stock (in 1 liter of boiling water), 150 ml white wine, and bay leaf to the jar.
- Cover, remove the measuring cup (MC), and place the steamer set with the fish tray on top of the lid.
- Cook for 5 minutes, at Speed 1, and set the temperature to 100°C.
4️⃣ Adjust Seasoning and Cook Potatoes:
- Remove the steamer tray with the fish and set it aside.
- Taste the broth and adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.
- Place the basket with the potatoes into the jar. Close the lid, remove the MC, and reinstall the steamer set with the fish.
- Cook for 18 minutes, at Speed 1, and set the temperature to 110°C.
5️⃣ Final Touches:
- Remove the steamer set with the fish and the basket with the potatoes.
- Pour the broth into a bowl, and if desired, stir in 50 ml of cream (optional).
- Add the fish pieces and potatoes to the broth. Let it rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- 1.5 kg Chicken (whole or cut into large pieces)
- 8 Dried Mushrooms
- 5 slices Ginger
- 8 Red Dates (soaked in hot water for 1 hour)
- 4 tablespoons Dried Wolfberries (goji berries)
- 3 liters Water

Method:

- Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water for 2 hours and the red dates and black dates in hot water for 1 hour.

Ingredients:
- 3 Handfuls of rice (adjust according to servings)
- 3 Chicken fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 Ripe mango (diced)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- Broccoli (as desired, chopped)
- 3 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste (concentrated)
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- Extra virgin olive oil (for cooking)
Method:
1️⃣ Cook the rice:
- Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the chicken:
- Heat a little olive oil in a pan.
- Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes, or until fully cooked. Set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté the vegetables:
- In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed.
- Sauté the broccoli, onion, and garlic for 10 minutes, or until they are tender.
4️⃣ Make the curry sauce:
- Add the diced mango, cooked chicken, curry powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, tomato paste, and coconut milk to the pan.

Baursak (Kazakh Fried Dough)
Ingredients for 10 Servings:
- 500 grams Flour
- 100 grams Water
- 100 grams Milk
- 8 grams Yeast
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 30 grams Butter (softened)
- 30 grams Sunflower oil
- Vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix the dough:
- Add all the ingredients (flour, water, milk, yeast, salt, sugar, butter, and sunflower oil) into the Supercook jar.
- Knead for 45 seconds, at Speed 6, with the Kneading function until the dough is smooth and combined.
2️⃣ Let the dough rise:
- After kneading, cover the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
3️⃣ Shape the dough:
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1 cm thickness.
- Cut the dough into small squares or circles (about 4–5 cm in size).
4️⃣ Heat oil for frying:
- In a deep pot, heat enough oil for frying to around 180°C (350°F).
5️⃣ Fry the dough:
- Carefully add the dough pieces in batches to the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally until they are golden brown and puffed up.
6️⃣ Drain and serve:
- Remove the fried dough from the oil using a slotted spoon, and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Pan Ciabatta
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
- 360ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 15g Baking powder
- 500g Flour
- 10g Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (to brush the surface)
- Rosemary, oregano, or thyme (for decoration)
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Liquid Base:
- Add 360ml of water, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of sugar, and 15g of baking powder into the Supercook jar.
🌀 Mix for 1 minute, Speed 3, 40°C, until everything is well combined.
2️⃣ Add Flour and Salt:
- Add 500g of flour and 10g of salt to the jar.
🌀 Mix for 1 minute, Speed 4, 0°C, until a dough starts to form.
3️⃣ First Rise:
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface by turning over the jar and unlocking the blade to release the dough. Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough inside, and cover it with a cloth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size (about 1 hour).

Spinach rice omelette
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of Rice
- 6 eggs
- 350 grams of Frozen spinach
- 100 grams of Cherry tomatoes
- 150 grams of Fresh mozzarella
- 1 clove of Garlic
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
1️⃣ Cook the Rice and Spinach:
- Cook the rice in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Cook the spinach in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain well and chop it finely. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Garlic and Spinach:
- Peel and mince the garlic.
- Sauté the garlic with the chopped spinach in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3️⃣ Prepare the Frittata Mixture:
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add the sautéed spinach, cooked rice, and a handful of washed and chopped basil leaves. Mix well.
4️⃣ Cook the Frittata:
- Heat an oven-safe pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg, rice, and spinach mixture, and cook for 1 minute on the stovetop.
5️⃣ Bake in the Oven:
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10–12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden.
6️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and pieces of fresh mozzarella.
- Bake for another 2–3 minutes until the mozzarella melts slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional basil leaves if desired.

Manjar (Dulce de Leche) Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 250g Liquid cream (heavy cream)
- 200g Manjar (dulce de leche)
- 50g Sugar
- 125ml Milk
Method:
1️⃣ Combine Manjar, Sugar, and Milk:
- Add 200g of manjar, 50g of sugar, and 125ml of milk to the Supercook jar.
🌀 Heat for 3 minutes, Speed 4, 70°C, until the mixture is smooth.
2️⃣ Add Cream and Blend:
- Once the manjar mixture is smooth, add 250g of liquid cream.
🌀 Beat for 40 seconds, Speed 3, 0°C, to ensure the mixture is fully blended and smooth.
3️⃣ Freeze in a Mold:
- Pour the mixture into a mold, preferably a silicone one for easy removal later. Place the mold in the freezer for at least 3 hours to allow the ice cream to partially set.
4️⃣ Blend for Smoother Texture:
- Once the mixture is partially frozen, remove it from the mold and break it into tablespoon-sized pieces.
🌀 Blend for 30 seconds, Speed 6, 0°C, to create a smoother and creamier texture.
5️⃣ Final Freeze:
- Return the blended ice cream to the mold and freeze again until fully set, typically for another 3-4 hours or overnight.
Notes:
- Serve the ice cream after it's fully frozen for the best creamy texture.
- Top with extra manjar or fresh fruits for an added touch of flavor!
