Maybe you thought you were doing great and when it came down to it, it was worse than you thought. To answer the title question, why Stenolytics. My passion for court reporting has spanned 30 years. Many reporters do not want to use a scopist for fear of being judged for their “garbage” writing. My mission is to help you raise the bar for yourself, guide you one step at a time on the path to cleaner writing whether for yourself and shortening your editing time or to provide realtime services. Watching the light bulbs go off when I help others, those ah-ha moments are absolutely priceless to me. I enjoy the moment when a reporter realizes s/he is a much better reporter than they believed and walk away with a higher confidence.
