First Cymru Buses since they cut the Bus service In many out laying areas of Swansea and elsewhere the service is appalling and they have not even displayed the new times by the bus stops ,I missed a health clinic appointment by their non actions two weeks ago,last Friday took me 1 hour 15 minutes to reach my home in fforestfach from High street train station .Everyone i talk to got moans about the non service ,try and phone them 8 minutes last week no reply 15 minute wait this morning had no time to wait.These buses also cover Neath port Talbot ,Bridgend and other villages towns in Wales .I have e mailed Swansea city council and a few councillors .Would like to get other people's views I know I'm not the only one unhappy with this situation.
