LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE

When discussing leadership, it is essential to understand that it is fundamentally about the amount of influence you exhibit. If your actions inspire others to learn more and improve themselves, you are a leader. A shining light attracts followers because it stands out and illuminates the path. As children of God, our light should influence our surroundings. A leader must be present and impactful.

Influence can be both positive and negative. If you do not influence your environment positively, your environment will influence you negatively. Therefore, ensure that your light shines brightly. Reflect on whether your light is truly shining and making a difference. If your environment is influenced by the Gospel, it indicates that your light is shining.

Influence those around you to draw closer to God. As a leader, it is crucial to ensure your light is shining brightly. The most important aspect of leadership is self-leadership. Poor self-leadership diminishes your influence. Lead yourself well, understand your purpose, seek guidance from your superiors and past leaders, and identify areas for improvement.

Always be aware of what God wants from you and follow His guidance without compromise. Effective leadership begins with building a strong relationship with God, as you cannot lead others into a good relationship with Him unless you are in one yourself.

SERVANT IN LEADERSHIP
To be a good leader, you must first be a good servant. One of the key aspects of Jesus's leadership was His servanthood. To embody servanthood, you must be:

Selfless: Prioritize others' needs above your own.
Encouraging: Inspire and uplift those around you.
Respectful: Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
Visionary: Have a clear vision and direction.
Attitudinal: Maintain a positive and humble attitude.
Trustworthy: Build and maintain trust.

In conclusion, a leader must be prayerful. Trust that God will guide and help all appointed leaders, and His grace will be with you. Amen.

- The woman of Zarephath never knew how important she was to God, the devil has brain washed her to believe otherwise.

- The gate is the place where choices are made.

- The first borns are the greatest keepers and pathfinders, they program the way for the rest. If things occur well with them, then things will be easy for the rest.

- Every city has a gate, that is either physical or spiritual .

- Leaders are gate keepers.

- Everything succeeds at the mount of Leadership and also collapses through leadership.

- One wrong decision made by a leader can destroy a city.

The challenge is that most of us are living as if we are on rehearsal. We are not here to practice for another life.
There are two types of people in the world the people that are going and the people that are following the people that are following.
Never allow anyone to show you pity.
You carry purposes for destiny which will change the game of your life and will bring purpose in your life just like the children of Isiaka.

The problem is you don't know who you are.
Leaders mount in the gates where they oversee everything coming in and out of the gate.

Leadership is an important element in all you do.

The greatest honour to your parents is becoming successful in life.

A day will come when the church will take over Leadership because the church is always ready to lead.

It is not good to remain in an error, when you fall always rise don't remain down.

Money is good but the love of money is the root of all evil. It takes money to make things work.

It takes money to serve God and it takes money to do the things of God.

"Poverty is seeing a problem you can solve and you begin to cry."

There are good things that happen in the gate and the same way bad things do happen at the gate.

But the church will not allow the manipulation in the gate to take over what belongs to us.

It's at the gate that the decision of who dies and who lives are made.

At that same gate destinies of people are changed, and it takes the Holy Spirit to know what's going on at the gate.

The gate gives access to destinies and the enemies take over the gate while we slumber.

Every enemy at the gate that is against your progress God will bring them down in Jesus'... AMEN.

one of the reasons while you are placed in the gate is because the future of many is in your hands and God will give you authority at the gate in Jesus' name... AMEN.

Don't think you are irrelevant no matter what you are doing in the church, God has made you leaders.
