May 26, 2020 Update In order to be considerate of the health and safety of our campus community, members of Tarleton's Return–To-Work Task Force have made the decision to cancel all summer programs which do not include current Tarleton students or those students who will begin class at Tarleton in the Fall 2020 semes...

‼️With growing concerns and new developments regarding the COVID-19 virus, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Summer 2020 iKids Tech Camp‼️

We greatly appreciate the overwhelming community support for this camp and hope to see you in Summer 2021!

‼️DROP-OFF & PICK-UP CHANGE‼️

To ease the flow of traffic, we are moving drop-off and pick-up to the intersection of Cain and Rudder Way (W. Vanderbilt). There is a circle area there and camp leaders will be waiting to greet kiddos in the morning as well as bring them to your car in the afternoon. Please share with any campers!

Magnetic slime, Strawbees projects, circuits, and Stop Motion videos have kept several of our campers busy this morning! 🤓

‼️Parents/Guardians‼️
You should have received an email with camp information a couple weeks ago, and again today. If not, please send me your email address so I have it on file. The attached images show the contents of the email as well as the parking map for pick-up and drop-off. Please be sure to pack a lunch for your kiddos. There is construction on Neblett between W. Vanderbilt and W. Jones streets so you’ll have to jog around to Ollie or Cain if you are coming from the North. I look forward to seeing all of the campers in the morning! 😊

We had a blast today! 100+ kiddos {boys & girls} created, inspired, and collaborated on a multitude of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math) projects. If this is the future of our country I think we are in pretty good shape! 🤓

iTech Kids Camp Parents: Please see UPDATED DROP-OFF/PICK-UP AREA. Please share with others. This begins tomorrow. Thank you!

For those of you bringing your kiddos to the camp this week, please be sure to pack a lunch each day and dress your kids comfortably. We will be doing some walking and will be on our feet much of the day doing projects. It also tends to get cool in some of the classrooms so you may want to send a light jacket. They can keep their belongings in one room so feel free to send a lunch box or a throwaway sack. They are welcome to bring a water bottle and we can refill throughout the day, but it’s not required.

If you didn’t get the informational email this week, please message me and I’ll forward one to you or message me with any additional questions you may have. I look forward to seeing all of your kiddos this week and no we are going to have a blast! 💜
