Sometimes, in the obsession to become healthier humans, we forget that it really can be so simple.
We continuously add a million supplements, take all the vitamins, eat all the kale (guilty)..
But we don't take into considerstion that sometimes it can be best to go back to the basics.

I honestly can't think of more important topics to address when it comes to achieving health!
Without proper hydration the body becomes dehydrated, sick and depleted within just a couple of days.
Without oxygen, we only have a few stressful minutes to live.
What else in the world do we need more than these two basic necessities?
This obvious (yet, sometimes not prioritized) acknowledgement is what made me become so passionate about what I do.
I help others breathe and hydrate!!
Not just that, I teach people how to use their breath as a tool for achieving particular states of consciousness - calm, relaxed, focused, energized, trauma-released, blissed out, high as a kite, whatever the goal may be 🤗
There are so many techniques that I love to teach, each one with a specific intention behind it.
It's not only fun to lead, it's extremely rewarding to visually see and energetically feel the positive impact it has on my students.
It's also something that I was never really able to incorporate throughout the last 10 years of teaching 60-75 minute studio vinyasa classes.
So, now that I'm doing my own thing, I've decided to follow my heart and offer something ridiculously special to the world.
I am now offering full-length breathwork classes as well as 3 levels of vinyasa (flow), restorative (tension release) 🙌, pose alignment breakdown, strength classes 💪 and a TON of bonus content including mantra chanting, yoga nidra and so much more..

My Bio
My Journey began back in 2007 when I first discovered Hatha Yoga. While working at Laguna Beach's iconic vegan restaurant, The Stand Natural Foods, I spent a lot of my free time exploring and refining my practice.
After a few years of looking forward to a new direction, the stars had aligned and in 2012, I completed a 200 Hour Teacher Certification through White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA.
My teaching career began at Ritual Yoga in Laguna Beach, where I spent nearly six years leading classes and working as an assistant studio manager.
During my time at Ritual Yoga, I wanted to keep exploring anything that intrigued me, that I could possibly use in my yoga teaching tool belt. So, between 2013 - 2015, I received my 500-hour certification in Bali, studied Devanagari Sanskrit on the island of Kauai, became certified to teach Aerial Yoga in Hollywood, CA, & continued refining my teaching technique.
