In case anyone gets confused when transitioning from one system to another.
There are benefits to both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Educational establishments tend to use one over the other and some use both which can be confusing, especially for new educators.
Some of these tools tools I think are down to personal preference but to save confusion, establishments should decide what storage system they want to use, what virtual meetings application and calendar system.
If you use Google Classroom in your school then it is probably better to have educators and admin store resources and plans on Google Drive linked to Google Calendar.
Alternatively, if you use Teams for pupil online learning then using OneDrive linked to Outlook Calendar would be better to use.
