Do you know that our bodies are composed of about 60% water?? This is why we really need to drink our recommended daily allowance.
The national academy of science recommends 16 cups for men and 11 cups for women obviously thia will depend on your body weight how much you should consume.
I've come across this Robinsons squash which is great to add to water if your struggling to meet your daily allowance or don't particularly like water. There is 4 cals per serving and it's really refreshing especially during these hot days.

Protein Bites
(Makes 15-20 balls)
Ingredients
•1 1/2 cups of oats
•1/2 cup of protein powder choc or vanilla ( I used plant based protein)
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•1 Tbsp chia seeds
•1/2 cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
• 3 Tbsp honey
•1 tsp vanilla extracts
•1/2 Cup of (your choice of dried fruits and nuts)
•4 Tbsp milk (water, oat, almond, coconut or dairy)
Method
1.Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowel
2. In a seperate bowel mix the honey, vanilla extracts
3.Blend together
4. Slowely add the milk
5. Roll into little balls
6. Place in the fridge
