The art of activation 💦
Raw pecans - soaked 6 hours
Raw pine nuts - soaked 5 hours
Then well dried on paper towels.
Now, starting 3.20pm, these are dehydrating in my oven @ 69°C, till tomorrow mornin. 💥 Ambrosaic crunch for brekky. Digestive, nutritive deelite.
(Ovens are fine as dehydrators, but you must chock the door slightly open to allow all moisture to escape. If heat is too high, it simply stews the nuts, and the activated life is lost. A sure way to test temperature is that you should be able to grasp the oven tray without it burning you, ie, pasteurisation point!) 😜❤

Frozen whole bananas, dipped in choc sauce. 😛
Bananas be just ripening, not overripe, but not green.
Push into 'nana a wooden iceblock stick.
Then dip in sauce, and wrap in baking paper, sealwrap, into freezer.
Klob sauce:
Made of cacao powder, demerara sugar, vanilla, cinnamon & ginger powders, made into thick liquid with peach kefir, then add water at end to achieve a runny cream consistency, suitable for an adhering dip. Excellent treat. 🎨🎭🎨

Pineapple w**d, also known as wild chamomile, is probably one you've seen often! It grows wildly and plentifully in many places. Similar to cultivated chamomile but with a sweet pineapple-y taste, this plant has the same calming and soothing effect as chamomile and makes a wonderful tea! 🌿

Sprouted buckwheat, long-soaked oats and coconut flour, blended with salt, powders of cayenne, ginger and turmeric, plus coconut cream and water.
No eggs.
2 weeks shelflife, sealed jar in fridge.
Taste and satiability - awesome. 🎨

Oatmeal 'n coconut, soaked overnite, drained, then spices, butter, rapadura sugar, molasses, vanilla, salt, dates, grapefruit zest, puffed quinoa, baked on a bed of crushed peanuts.
