Let’s break it down: Sweat is not a badge of fat burn, it’s your body’s air conditioner! 😰
It’s true that when we work out, we burn calories and we may sweat. But the two are not directly related. Our sweat glands don’t care much if we’re burning fat, carbs, or just dancing to your favorite tune. They’re just doing their job, helping your body to cool down.
A better way of achieving fat loss is being in a calorie deficit. Aim for about -500 calories a day.
