Our first retreat was highly successful, featuring an array of enriching activities and experiences aimed at rejuvenating the mind, body, and soul. The event was filled with moments of joy captured through an array of photographs, capturing the essence of pure happiness and relaxation.

Participants indulged in a variety of superfoods sourced fresh from the garden or from local sources, meticulously prepared with love and care.
The program included mindfulness practices, cold water bathing,  exercise, soothing saunas, meditative walks, sound therapy sessions, and empowering circling sessions to guide individuals towards their true destinies. Nature immersion, purposeful walking, herb walks, high-quality treatments, captivating light show  and therapeutic movement sessions focusing on holistic self-care and well-being.

Future retreats will continue to offer  intimate and cozy life changing experiences catered to individuals seeking internal nourishment and rejuvenation. Quality of life takes precedence in our retreats, promoting self-care and guidance on good lifestyle practices .

I hope you are all keeping safe, healthy and enjoying the sunshine!

Good news, I am up and running and open for business from the 5th April.

For now, until more restrictions have lifted, I will be working for Clinica das Cinco Villas in Avelar, on Friday afternoons and from Ulrich's clinic in Alvaiazere on Mondays.

Space is limited due to Government restrictions, room availability and cleaning between clients. On arrival to the clinics please expect to be: temperature tested, hand sanitized and shoes sprayed. This is all for everyone’s peace of mind.

I am trying to keep costs down to a minimum but due to PPE costs, room hire, travel time, expenses and Government costs to open up. I will have to charge €35 per 50-minute session. I hope you all understand why I must do this. Please contact me directly to book your sessions.

I will be continuing with my online group therapy session every Thursday evening @ 7 pm. I 100% recommend these sessions as they are very beneficial and cost effective. I am getting great feedback from clients who regularly join these sessions. They are also a fantastic gift idea for a loved one.

These sessions can be booked via my website Link below, one to one sessions are also available. I am also hosting sessions for companies, which are great for employees during this uncertain time. By contacting me directly, we can discuss the specific needs of your team and create a bespoke, tailored session.

Hi Everyone , Come join me tomorrow at 7 pm for our wellness session, we are really making progress, last weeks breath easy session was truly amazing we treated the pectoralis and intercostal muscles and did some PNF stretching we also included the usual meditation, mobilization and muscular stretches.

Hi Everyone , Come join me tonight at 7 pm for our amazing wellness session, we are really making progress, 1st week was a De-stressing session, and was addressing the muscles that contribute to Headaches, Last week was focused on neck pain , today's session we will be addressing better breathing , treating the pectoralis muscles and intercostal muscles with the usual meditation, mobility and muscular stretches.
