Precious had an initial goal to lose 10kg due to her BMI but over the 12 weeks we changed that goal around because what was lacking in her life was structure and consistency.

It's been awhile but hey ๐ค here's a progress pic so you know I'm not getting out of shape and lazy.
Currently sitting comfortably between 93-95kg
Training is going good took a few weeks off to let the body rest and heal and guess what ๐
Not a change in weight or a loss of muscle mass.
The human body is beautiful and powerful.
Respect it.
Trust me on that you don't want to neglect your body cause it will punish you in the future and it sucks when that happens ๐

Hailey came to me in November looking to lose weight and to gain a better understanding of exercises and how they should be properly performed. ๐๐ป
When lockdown hit and the gyms closed Hailey didn't stop training,
Determined to achieve her goals even with a few days off,
She adapted to home workouts and eventually was able to get a few sessions inside the gym while completing her personal trainer course.๐
Continued moving forward towards her goals because she knew what she had to do and once the results became more visible she wanted to achieve more ๐ช๐ผ
