We added a couple future owners to the Heartland Red family over the past few months!

Lennard became a first-time dad to sweet little Leilani Rayne and Travis & Amy became first-time grandparents to lil Cassian James-Ray! Cassian also made Kyle a first-time Great Uncle!

Congratulations, everyone! They sure are the cutest future deck builders we’ve ever seen. 🔨🧰🔩

Remember that photo a while back when we were chest-deep in the lake? Well, here’s the finished dock! This was such a fun experience and we couldn’t have asked for better weather or customers. We hope they get to enjoy their new space all summer long! ☀️

TimberTech Harvest Brownstone for the main deck and Kona for the double picture frame, fascia, and risers.

This fun project featured a tiered deck; an upper and lower area with a safety gate in between. We love how it looks with the deck boards dividing the upper & lower deck in a waterfall fashion and the skirting around the low deck makes a great statement!

About this Project: We replaced the existing 12’x14′ wood deck with a new 17’x14′ with PVC decking, aluminum railings with glass inserts, lighting, and privacy panels. The deck surface includes a double picture frame in an accent color for character. We also wrapped the posts with aluminum column wraps and the beam with PVC fascia. The glass inserts make the deck seem larger than it is and allow full view of the surroundings. The privacy panels block the view of the main road coming in and out of the neighborhood.

This deck used the Hoft System to add some privacy and a decorative space (and doubles as a wind blocker with this crazy Midwest wind we’ve got! 🌬️)

It also features the TimberTech DrySpace under decking to collect and redirect rainwater for a dry area below. Now they have two great spaces to rest, relax and entertain.

This new deck project utilized HIDEAWAY screens as skirting to give it a unique look and finish.

TimberTech Terrain in Brown Oak with bronze Westbury railings and Hexx Hideaway screens. We also added Magena Star lighting to the steps and posts.
