Congratulations to CLAC for making one of the worst negotiations in the history of the oilsands. You really know how to stick it to the people working for you. No more over time for employees as of October 15th. There will be no special metals tickets bonus so welders will only get paid on the day that they are welding stainless for the ticket. Whoever voted yes to this agreement obviously can't do basic math.

A little bit of everything this year. Projects were from Cardston to North of Fort Mac. Spent some time in High Praire and Slave Lake as well. Thanks to everyone and am looking forward to the New Year.
