Very stoked for this one to be out today. Such a great time recording it at and Supreme efforts by and such a killer rhythm section. Shan is writing some of the best songs of her life and I’m really proud. Give it a share. x
today releases her EP “alone is too loud”. I am so so proud of the work we did on this. KK is truly such an amazing artist, her voice and songs are just world class. Go put on some headphones and sink into a couch, or walk city streets at night and vibe out to these amazing songs. As always a big thanks to those who helped make this with us, Sam Raines on drums, on guitar, who mastered it. And of course a special thanks to and ak for being the best cheerleaders and supportive mgmt team of all time.
Very humbled to be asked by to help co-produce and mix this tune. I love it so much. Fave things are: Moze’s beaut chord progression, her voice taking it there around 3:10, Josh Barbers fill at 3:18, the adlibs that sound like they are someone singing along in a different room. Amongst many more things I love.
A week late on this one. Produced and mixed this tune by the wonderful She co write this with and they really bloody smashed it. Big thanks to Sam Raines for playing drums on it and for adding fkn sick guitar parts. Also for a great master. KK is so effortless as a writer, singer, musician that it sometimes doesn’t seem real. Very excited for this song to be out plus other new tunes on the way. Go listen to music now.
Congrats to on this bloody breath taking cover. Kaitlin is one of the most talented artists I’ve ever met, what she has done with this song is brilliant and I feel very lucky to be involved. Produced, engineered and mixed. Ring Of Fire out now.
This album was a labour of love. Literally and figuratively. I’m so proud of the work and I put into this record and the marker of change it’s been for both of us. I love the way Shans voice sounds and how it’s grown, I love the songs so much, I love the little tiny details of sonic texture I worked so hard on and of course the beautiful energy and love that was injected into by the incredible session players that brought it to life, both her in Melbourne and in Nashville and New York. I wanted to make a record filled with humans just being amazing at what they do without overthinking and I think we did it. Last but not least a big thanks to and particularly and for believing in it, it honestly means the world to have help getting it out there in the world. Get around it and play it loud. Produced, engineered, mixed and (some) co-written.
Find someone to DJ with that looks at you like looks at me. Today I’ll be doing a B2B DJ set from 4-8pm at the lovely out west in footscray. Come have some fun in the sun. Wooo.
Cousin Tony’s Brand New Firebird - Smiles of Earth LP is out today. Thank you so much to the band for having me along for the ride, 2 years in the making, through a pandemic, lockdowns etc. I am so immensely proud of the work and the end result. It’s always amazing to work on something fosters such growth of your musical family.
A big thank you to .neighbour for introducing me to the band, and of course for mixing to such perfection. So happy we finally got to work on something like this. Also thank you to for the excellent job on the master.
Go have a stream, buy it on vinyl, go to a gig. They are truly bloody awesome songs played by legendary people. Link in bio.
A little bit late for a wall post on this one but better late than never. Produced this one with the amazing I fkn love this song so much. Killer mix from .neighbour and master nailed by
Was really stoked to engineer and mix this one for Really blown away by the talents of Alex and his band, tracked live and I think the 1st or 2nd take. Was also nice to fire up the MCI 2” tape for this also. Shot beautifully by and for the Aviary Film Division.
Happy release day to the second single from her upcoming debut LP out later this year on
Prod, Eng, Mix on this one. BIG thanks to the

Late last year I helped and her band of mad dogs track their interpretation of the punk classic “Down The Lane”, by the iconic Sydney band “Royal Headache” at the beautiful Meat Markets in North Melbourne. Huge thanks to for engineering and for assisting. The mix was challenging being tracked in such a huge reverberant space but I’m pleased with how it came out, having such epic talent in front of microphones does make it easier :)
A lil late on the feed post for this one but still in love with this after hearing it many many times. Prod and mix by me. You need to check out
