When I tapped into Spirit, I saw us taking charge and creating a life where wellness, eating clean, tapping in, connecting to home, being with family, friends, reading, quiet time, and taking lots of naps were not only possible, but actually happening.

As we enter into August, we are at the beginning of a new season to come. Lots of activities, events, and social gatherings will be filling our calendars soon. We are at the beginning of what is usually a busy time, but what if we enter into this season completely different? Over the last two months, I have been feeling so connected to ensuring that the schedule I create, aligns with me and what feels right. This is a beautiful practice of self awareness and being present. One of the best ways to do this is by sitting down, connecting with spirit and begin planning out things I want to do and things I must do. This way I see if things are in balance and to ensure I'm not overloading myself. This is the biggest practice I am in right now in my life.

This Aries Total Eclipse class happening this Monday, April 8th at 7pm pst is a special event you don’t want to miss.

In this rare event, our Sun, Moon, and the Earth will line up, creating an opportunity to access the highest vibrational light to help us get into alignment.
