I fell in love with the principles of program design and strength training the day I started powerlifting. The time I have spent learning, programming, and coaching surpass the hundreds of hours I have spent training. I have coached many athletes and enthusiasts, some of whom compete and some of whom just like to get stronger. I have competed in the 242 pound weight class and the 275 pound weight
