Detox after all the 420 celebrations with the Medicated Mavens.
There is a saying in Chinese Medicine, “Where there is no flow there is pain, and where there is pain there is no flow.”
Yoga Poke Flow is an integrated experience that combines two ancient traditions with one modern practice. We will begin with a grounding meditation and breath work, then link that breath with movement to release stored tension and bring balance back to our body. The movement will be followed by an extended Savasana, “Corpse Pose” with an acupuncture treatment using the ear 👂🏼to support and nourish our Qi or Life Force. Combining both practices is complementary in their common goal of releasing stagnation of energy in the meridian systems, their related organs or in the blood.
Grounding ourselves with the Earth🌏, the magic will happen with our mats in the grass under the stars ✨and moon🌙!!! Class will be held outside in DOMM.life courtyard. This class will leave you feeling revitalized, calm and relaxed! Please dress accordingly for an outside class.
Acupuncture done by RockStar Acupuncture. In this session we will be focusing on the ear 👂🏼for relaxation.
