Had a chill out myself this last week and saw lots of these cuties.

However, I'm back at .gym in Earsham tomorrow (thurs) afternoon, so if you've been thinking about addressing your emotional and mental health needs, pop in for an informal chat. 💜

It can be a tricky time in between Christmas and New Year, so if you need someone to talk to, I'll be at .gym in Earsham tomorrow (Thurs 28th) between 4 and 5pm, or until 6pm if needed. Pop in for a chat, free of charge, and gym membership is not necessary 💜

This soul sister is downing tools and sinking copious mugs of tea for a few days.

However, I'll be back at .gym in Earsham on Thursday 2lh, so if you want someone to talk to, there is no need to book. Just pop in between 4 and 6 pm 💜

Meet Sam Bergamot and Flow who will be showcasing her beautiful aromatherapy oils, she is passionate about helping people get the right blend, her oils make self care easy and accessible.

Hazel Mair will also be with us, she teaches yoga and also offers retreat days (use code happymakers to get 10% off her Nov event). Hazel is starting chair yoga (amongst her other classes) at the hall and will be happy to show you some easy exercises and explain why yoga is so good for all of us.

A Bit On The Side will be satisfying our sweet tooth, they have a shop in Bungay offering light bites and sweet treats and are happy to cater for your next picnic or party, speak to Kathryn about which of her goods freeze well.

The Wee Bothy Holistic Therapies will be pampering us with affordable taster hand massages, seated crystal healing and Indian Head massage, get in quick to book your slot. A little bird also informs me that there may be some crystals for sale - eek!

The Conscious Cosmetics Company are bringing a £5 sale shelf with items that are usually £8 to £8.50 on their website, they are also bringing their gorgeous candles with crystals.

I will be on hand for chats, tea, coffee and snacks - all of which will be 50p per item.
