14 days post op-I have been keeping track of the products that have been super effective and/or aid in recovery. This is one of those things- healing balm. Check the ingredients-she a board certified dermatologist who has an, IMO , amazing array of skincare products-especially this healing balm. I have used this healing balm on hundreds of clients for lip care, now using it for wound care and having it soothe and aid in healing-simply LOVE it!!!

Summer Skincare Favorites🫶
Hydration is the name of the skincare game, especially in the summer. Constantly washing off sunscreen, make up and depending on where you live, all the ilk that sticks to your skin in the crazy humidity. The most common questions I get asked are:
•What will keep my skin hydrated?
•What is the proper order of skincare routine?
•What do you use on your skin?
To answer that, here are my summer favorites:
Josh Rosebrook essential cleansing balm allows me to give myself a nice facial massage as I cleanse, then adding water allows me to continue to massage and continue to cleanse all while hydrating-win win. Followed by Skin Better Science Oxygen cleanser-love how this cleanses. Josh Rosebrook daily acid toner is a 4 in 1 toner, love the versatility in this product-if you have had a facial with me in the past 6 months, you have experienced this toner! For cellular hydration after toning, I am loving Caire Beauty’s theorem serum-you can find this at Aillea-again, if you’ve had a facial with me recently you’ve experienced this hydrator! Replenix is also a powerhouse hydrator-I have used it for years! For an easy day with no makeup I slather on Replenix Hydrating Antioxidant spf 50. If I want hydrating coverage-my make up in the summer is Ilia skin serum-it’s soooooooo good. And I try to always have my Doctor Rogers healing balm on hand to keep lips hydrated.
All the products in these photos are mine and I use each of them throughout the week, depending on how and what I am doing for the day and the intensity of hydration my skin is looking for. Busy weekend full of beautiful skincare events! Friday night we started with an intimate class learning the basics of gua sha. Facial Gua Sha along with experiential skincare routine with a special guest Lorrie King the founder of Caire Beauty . A skincare made for women over 35, it’s a pro-again skincare line that really hydrates and repairs skin barrier. Saturday we spent the afternoon soaking up all the info that Lorrie could share with in store guest as well as staff!

✨Traveling Skincare✨
There’s traveling with skincare and then there is traveling for 18 days with just carry on luggage. As someone, pre pandemic, who had travel and packing dialed in….I find myself rethinking it as there are so many new formulations, and products have evolved. You can check out the exact products in my link.
Some things I think about: Size of product, length of time involved in travel, how I’m traveling (ie-car vs airplane etc), weather of destination, is there a duty free shop at layover airport, multitasking products, luggage capacity, to name a few. Dialing these things in make it super easy for me to be prepared and deeply enjoy my adventures while looking nice and glowy!! Xo babes

This arrived today from and I am so excited to add this to my . Once a routine is in place, adding something new and effective feels seamless.
Sometimes trying new things, especially in skincare, can feel unsure. Yet, relying on the old can often feel stagnating. 2020 left many staring into zoom screens and feeling stale, uninspired, and stuck..and 2021..well, I am feeling a new energy..so here’s to new empowering skincare rituals.
This past month I found myself deep diving into the practice of , , & . I found such a synergy using my doterra essential oils in these practices, pairing a specific oil or serum to an facial exercise and following them with great hydration cultivated some immediate and visible results.
As with any fitness routine, it requires a consistent practice. This is the part I am most looking forward to. How empowering to know that I can make a difference, with a skincare routine.... I like that... A L O T....how about you?
