Passionate about pastry since I was a teenager I am currently living the beginning of my dream. After a lot of struggle to find an Apprenticeship, I’m currently studying my passion and I won’t stop there. Doing pastry is a passion, this is my heart and soul and i’ll love to go overseas and work. I love doing every kind of pastries but especially classic and modern french pastry.
