Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls from our customers, explaining billing statements and researching issues as requested. Responsibilities also include coaching and monitoring other customer service representatives and providing assistance to the Customer Service Manager. Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience on an inbound help desk
Experience coaching or managing others
Intermediate-Advanced PC skills
Must have excellent phone demeanor and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be able to converse professionally with customers
Be able to explain billing statements and how fees are derived
Experience trouble shooting and programming payment processing equipment
Familiarity with payment processing platforms, terminals and technologies like (Hypercom, Lipmann, VeriFone, Vital, First Data, Total Systems) is a plus

Job Overview: The position will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing campaigns through various online channels to drive lead generation in support of sales goals. The specialist will also have a primary focus in the planning, strategy, ex*****on, maintenance and optimization of advertising and its alignment to SEO in support of lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in PPC and SEO, as well as email marketing, lead generation, and online content development. This position requires a high degree of collaboration with senior management and various external resource groups. Innovative thinking and problem solving along with an open and collaborative communication style are critical. Familiarity with the following is required: Search engine marketing, pay-per-click campaign management utilizing Google Adwords, and other SEO tools, Monitoring Google Analytics, implementing and managing E-mail marketing systems, involvement in Social Media Posts and Advertising, implementing and managing Brand and Reputation Management strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
Working closely with the management and vendors on Google ad word campaigns and SEO initiatives, website optimization, email campaigns.
Create drip, PPC and passive product promotion campaigns designed to connect with the target organizations.
Perform basic web site updates through Wordpress.
Implement and manage direct mail campaigns using database marketing techniques
Manage digital communications including social media and analytics for all digital channels – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
Provide art direction to outside vendors
Work with management to develop and publish social media content
Execute tests, collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights in order to improve ROI in campaigns.
Perform keyword analysis to find opportunities and profitable keywords.
Effectively manage SEO efforts to optimize the company's organic search results.
Research and analyze competition’s advertising links
Use various software programs to measure the growth and effectiveness of efforts.
Organize and chair a weekly marketing committee meeting.
The successful candidate will:
A Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field of study or equivalent work experience
Be a self-starter who is eager to learn and collaborate in a creative environment and work independently
