❤️ I find myself bouncing between these stages too often, especially this week. Having covid has really taken a toll on my psyche and have been feeling like I failed my own body. Keeping this here as a reminder.

My order came in this week and we broke in the props this evening during a private yoga session. She did so well throughout the transitions—recognizing her current limitations and understanding what poses felt good in her body. I also wanted to highlight using blocks/bolsters/pillows(or put those textbooks to use) throughout your practice. These props aid in deeper stretches, proper alignment, and safety/comfort making poses more accessible for YOUR body.

I had a beautiful and healing experience this weekend! I felt there were so many obstacles that made me want to return home and my heart was not at ease. However, when I finally arrived and sat in my own unease through the lectures and received a mini reiki session, I was able to gather all those emotions, acknowledge and release them. Thanking Visionari Luminous and the Hmong Shaman and Herb Center for holding such a refreshing conference! I am grateful for this experience as a first time vendor, to provide my services and help others.

I spent an amazing afternoon with a soul sister, performed Reiki and caught up afterwards. Have you ever had Reiki done in a salt cave? I’m considering holding a few sessions in this beautiful, healing space! I could be in there all day!

Today, I want to share and celebrate another milestone and an additional service I will be offering! Aprils’ been one hell of a month but SO much has come from that and I am excited for May and June! My website (and a space 🥹☺️) coming soon! ❤️❤️🥰🥰🎉🎉🎉

Sometimes I wonder if I’m doing the right thing, or following the right path…because I fire and rehire myself every other day.😓✌🏼🧘🏻‍♀️

Though I never ever imagined myself working with youth, I am providing mini mental wellness workshops for local students to understand the importance of self-care.

We have been learning about the importance of breath and so this week, they were to play Jenga but play it as quietly as possible. And, as one does in this game, the majority of the students admitted to unconsciously, holding in their breath when they pulled out a block. The lesson here was to call attention to their breath, or lack of, during stressful situations (i.e. trying not to tip it over).

I hope they enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed preparing it. 😃 Onto the next one…

I held a private workshop for some of the main women in my life. They showed up and I showed up…and that was the best part. 🥹🙏🏼😘❤️

This weeks been full of illnesses, anxiety and emotions for me so I went looking for my oracle cards, just to get some affirmations. Sadly, I have misplaced these cards but I was able to find the one that picked me a few months ago. Something’s telling me I am not alone. 😱🥰😇

Fingers crossed I can find the rest of the cards.
