Inspiration behind Lively Faith Co
Thank you for visiting Lively Faith Co. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota looking forward to summers spent on the lake, tagging along with my mom as she remodeled houses, watching endless hours of Project Runway & developing a love for fashion, and always having a desire f
or DIY projects. I took my first graphic design class in high school and a whole new world was opened to me! When I was fifteen my family starting going to Catholic Familyland every summer. It sounded like a hokey amusement park but what I discovered was a week long family retreat in the rolling hills of Ohio. I was inspired by meeting so many peers on fire with their love of God and during those summers my faith grew and became my own. Little did I know, this was where I would meet my future husband! I attended college at Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH where I furthered my education in Graphic Design and Business. It’s a small catholic school not far from where my family spent our weeks at CFL. This is really where my two loves of faith & design first collided. The dream of starting my own business and using my God-given talents for His glory was born. After college I married my husband Joey, who is an officer in the U.S. As we moved three times within our first year and a half of marriage, being a graphic designer and working from home makes those moves with the Air Force a little easier! We are currently stationed in sunny Colorado and loving it! When I finally took that leap of faith to start my own business, I can’t say it was without fear of failure. What I realized though, is that I am happiest when I pursue what I believe to be God’s Will in my life! I want to share my love of faith and creativity with all I meet and I hope to inspire others to follow their dreams too!
