Today, August 15, marks the 48th anniversary of the assassination of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman along with almost his entire family – one of the darkest chapters in the history of our nation. The untimely death of the father of the nation, only four years after independence, and at a time when the country needed his leadership, lofty ideals and vision the most, was a great tragedy for Bangladesh.
TMSMUNC mourns the assassination of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family.
At this year's session of the prestigious Dhaka University National Model United Nations , one of our most talented and hardworking delegates, Anfal Rakin Addin, has secured a Special Mention Award in International Press. We applaud him for this exceptional milestone and for representing our MUN Club in such a grand platform. Wishing him all the best for his future endeavors!

An opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women in various fields, to raise awareness of the challenges that women continue to face, to reflect on the progress that has been made towards gender equality, to call for further action to be taken to address remaining inequalities. Our very own Baniul Adiut attended the Notre Dame College Model United Nations 2023 where he was able to secure Outstanding Delegate award in UNHRC as the delegate of United States of America.
We wish him the very best of luck for his future endeavors.
The Millennium Stars Model United Nations Club sent a delegation team of 10 participants in this year's session of Rajshahi University Model UN.
The Club recognizes all the delegates for their persistent effort in the conference and wishes them the best of luck for their future involvements in MUNs.
A delegation team of 14 from The Millennium Stars Model United Nations Club (TMSMUNC) participated in North South University International Model United Nations 2022 from 24th to 27th November and were able to successfully turn this into a fruitful learning experience.
Below are the delegates who were able to excel with awards in the conference:

3. Saad Azad - Honorable Mention (ECOFIN)
