Ruby will be our house cow after she has her calf she is one year old and we have had her from 2 weeks old .
The veg garden is looking good I had my first garlic for breakfast the best I have EVER had so young and Fresh

We have a new lot of Amerucana chicks hatch 2 weeks ago so will be getting all different blues and green eggs in August

Our Sheep are so gorgeous ,with one milking a day from the two mums we are getting 1 3/4 litres of raw milk and from that we make cheese fantastic .
Day 4 using our home made milking machine sheep are happy and so are we so much quicker

Our new sheep arrived 1 week ago and our little girl was born this morning how gorgeous is that
Today our 4 month old calf cantered round her field front legs tucked up like a show jumper horse and popped over a mtr high fence as clean as any horse we have owned after being put back in her field did the same again then cantered into the lake ,she is now soaking wet from head to tail and has a green face instead of white she is now resting in her stable with the sun shining through

We took 142 kilo of Olives for pressing and got 16 litres of gorgeous olive oil .When we get time we will pick more and take them to be press .The Penamacor oil press (Lagar) stays open all year round very useful to know

This years grape harvest ended up 137 litres of red wine and 130 litres of white wine
