Melodicious, our page name, is inspired by the fusion of two common words, melodies and delicious. In other words, our page aims to provide our followers with delicious melodies. On top of that, we would like to ensure a continuous, 24/7 flow of tasty tunes for our followers. Although there are many other similar musical pages out there, but this one is different. It is not just music and melodies that we share, it is about the memories embedded in the music. Thus, other than hit songs in Korean, Chinese, English and Japanese, we also share oldies, or songs that our followers once liked, in their secondary schooling days or those that accompanied them through their childhood. We believe that every song carries a specific meaning to a special someone. Also, we compile interesting news about events and competitions in the music industry that our followers would be keen on, so that other than being a passive recipient of music, they could be actively involved in its production as well. Last but not least, we care about every instrument and genre under the sun. Thus, occasionally we would share information about instruments and musical genre that are declining in popularity such as Chinese instruments like Guzheng and 24 Festive Drums. In short, our page’s mission is to bring back the music, the melodies and most importantly, the memories.
