My three daily commitments are:
1. 30-60 minutes of daily cardio 🏃🏻♂️- for me especially get back into running consistently
2. Meal planning 🥘 - probably the most crucial factor when it comes to health and muscle building
3. New activity session 🤸- I finally want to be able to hold a perfect handstand consistently
