The founder of John Kee in Hong Kong and Malaysia, John Chong has been baking fresh quality pastries, buns and cookies for more than 40 years. Even today in Hong Kong, his authentic egg tarts are baked hourly to ensure the freshness and quality of the highest standard. That is why these tarts has been certified as “HONG KONG EGG TART KING” by the Hong Kong government. These delicious bakeries can be found in more than 20 King Bakery outlets in Hong Kong. However, in Malaysia, King Bakery has named as John Kee to avoid confusion due to similar name being used by other confectionary.
