Happy Easter from my family to yours 🐰🐣🐥🐰!
In the South of Austria we celebrate Easter by bringing food in a basket covered by a hand-embroidered blanket to church for benediction. In each familiy’s basket you’ll find cooked ham, colored eggs, sausages, other meats, the famous reindling (sort of stuffed brioche), horseradish.
It is a wonderful tradition, spiritual, visual and epicurean, a wonderful ceremony I miss living in France 🌸
