A lovely few hours in Milnrow, Rochdale this morning with a Knit & Knatter group at the https://yarnbarn.co.uk/ Finished my first pair of Toe Up socks AND also a first at knitting a pair together. Very pleased with the process & no more 2nd sock syndrome 🤣 Thank you to Ann Arbuckle for your guidance…. Have already cast on the next pair 😌 🧶 🧦 ☕️ 💕

Cycled the Macclesfield Bikeathon yesterday…. My longest ride ever at 70 miles 😄 This stunning knitted/crocheted bike was at the start…. Very cool 😎 Alas not my work 🧶

A little trip to Black Sheep Wools with Finknottle's Parlour & Amber Louise this morning for coffee, cake & Ooh yer…. Yarn 🧶 🤣
Purchasing yarn for a jumper for my daughter, with absolutely no intention of buying for oneself 🫤 but when I saw the purple of the Stylecraft Recreate (100% recycled) yarn I couldn’t resist. With the help of the lovely ladies (and Jane) that work there I chose a pattern from my book & bought some 🤣🤣🤣
With a long line of WIP’s it will be unclear when it will be made (my latest knitting project was sat about for 5 years 😬) but hopefully will be some point this year AFTER I prioritise my daughter’s 💕
