Clocks go forward two weeks today!

Hi everyone. Just a polite reminder and clarification about payment and cancellations. Payment is due at the time of the appointment by bacs. Any unpaid appointments must be settled in full and in this case future appointments paid upfront. Cancelled appointments must give at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within this period are fully chargeable (with the exception of extreme circumstances! )
If I feel the need to cancel an appointment it will be in the interest of safety as I would never put a client at risk or myself for that matter.
