I'm checking in! I'm here y'all. Preparing for births, prenatal doula visits, childbirth education classes....life is busy and life is beautiful!

Everybody wants to see the new baby, don't forget to see the mama too! She needs some love, care and attention. Please make sure to bring her something special. Maybe, her favorite drink, sweet treat or gift her a new nail polish or some bubble bath with the option to take a bath while you watch the baby. Postpartum is hard but a friendly gesture takes the load off a bit!

I know it's November but there are gyms that have pools. This is a great workout that helps elevate pressure.
