Here's an update on the new body for the lost in space second season laser pistol. The one below is the most popular one is been out there since the 1990s '80s maybe it was from lunar models. At the time it was pretty pretty good but as time goes on modifications have to be made. The one above it is a little bit longer a little bit beefier and the ribs have been reduced a little bit. And the emitter you can see the three there the one on the left was the most popular one it didn't have any definition on it The ones on the right were taken directly from the original photographs.

This is my version of the Lost in space first season laser pistol that I've been making for years. I start with the remco pistol the toy pistol and add all the updates to that. The power pack is custom made the ring and the site in the pin are urethane. The lighted dome on top is the actual metal aperture with the screw in lens. I've added light and sound to it. You can tell I like to give dimension to the prop when I make it so the power pack is a different color than the overall body. I've also used a light bulb which I break hollow out and put an LED in there to give it that 1960s look.

Finishing up finally on Nick the parrot from Lost in space of course. I made a base for it and added some light the next step is to add some sounds so the little light on top can come on and off with the sound.

Getting there, these are the two plugs that I'll be using to vacuum for the clear PETG plastic over it. I'm sourcing out the belts I got a few in but they were kind of heavy duty I'm trying to find a lightweight aluminum not a plated aluminum..
