Replacing upper molar teeth: The air sinuses can often limit the bone height available to place an dental implant. A procedure known as a ‘sinus lift’ and graft is performed. I’m this case a ‘closed’ approach was used. The sinus is lifted and grafted from through the same site of implant insertion.
