Hi Everybody! It’s been a while, but the Penguins are putting the band back together! It’s still Steve and Shane, but we’ve added Spencer on guitar, and Gary is filling in for Jay for a while on drums. Last night we played our first show in 18 months at The Little River Bar and Grill in Oregonia, OH. Great night at a great place, with fun crowd and an awesome staff. It was busy on a snowy Saturday in January!!! Band sounded good, especially when Spencer melted their faces off playing Sandman!! I’ll try to get some pictures up.
I learned that I can still sing for four hours, but im going to have to start playing more bass to avoid arm craps. 😂 it’s hell getting old! Got to admit I LOVE the Covid hours: 6-10PM I can make the buffet at Golden Corral before the gig, and be home in bed by midnight! 😁
Next up is Weidemann Brewery 2/13. Come party with us for Valentine’s Day!!!
