One-2-One Works page serves as a community clearinghouse of anti-racism resources, information of human and civil rights activities in the Birmingham community as well as anti-racism programs and highlig
hts images/stories of individuals, faith groups and organizational responses to racism. Because our community is not silent in the face of the continued effects of systemic racism this page will be used share these amazing activities. Your post MUST pertain to the community or individual efforts to dismantle the systems that support and sustain racism and other human and civil rights violations in the metropolitan Birmingham area in some direct way.
2. Shared events or posts should be set to "public" in order to show consistently.
3. Advertising products and services for profit, abuse and spam are grounds for removal from the group and being banned. We allow community events to be posted as it helps let people know about ongoing human and civil rights activities in the city.

• Mentioning your company in conjunction with organizing a community fundraiser - OK. We may revisit this policy if it is abused. 4. Religious proselytizing is NOT acceptable. People following many different religions, sects and faith traditions (and those who follow none) participate in this forum. Discussion? Yes - if it pertains to ending or responding to systemic racism.
5. Be polite. You may disagree with someone, but calling them names, bullying and being abusive won't help us work toward ending racism. If you abuse others, appear to be blatantly trolling, or in general are overly disruptive and hostile then the admins reserve the right to remove you from this page, maybe permanently.
