Tonya's appreciation for organizing blossomed while raising her two children as a single parent. She learned very early on the collation between time and money. working two jobs and raising two children, time management was essential. meal planning, chore chart
s you name it and she had a list or chart for it. Her children thought she was over the top crazy, because she was the only parent that had an "even, odd" chore chart on the refrigerator the entire time they were growing up. From there she went on to use her skills to help a friend organize her car dealership with 5 employees. Writing a policy and procedure manual and job descriptions and organized the sales and business office. Tonya continued to hone her detail-oriented skills in a successful career in the staffing industry. As Branch Manager Tonya and her staff took a branch that was losing well over $12,000 a month to monthly profits as high as $17,000. Internal turnover that was 80% reduced to 10%. Tonya has spent the last 11 years managing two Dental practices. Part of her job managing the dental practices was to write and establish the policy and procedure manual, job descriptions, open and closing duties check list and she was continually doing ongoing Time Management training with the staff. While managing the dental practices she also established a Dental Assistant Training School: duties included class planning, lecturing, recruiting, marketing, on the job training, designed and published brochures, website and all other marketing materials. Her interest is Animal Rescue, so she put her gifts to work with a small group of volunteers to rehome animals that are not claimed at animal control. Her specific function was to market the animals to animal rescues around the United States in an attempt to find them a place to go before their time runs out at animal control. She was also a Volunteer on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society where she established and wrote a policy and procedure manual and assisted in implementation at the Adoption Center, installed a computer system with shelter software and helped train staff and the board members on the new system. In January of 2017 Tonya moved from Rockport, TX to Burleson, TX. Tonya's desire to use her organizational gifts to help others increased and she turned her passion into a reality and committed to her professional organizing career full time.
