They never miss morning meditation. Often when I return with my simple-fancy coffee, they are already waiting in our meditation chair.

Look what I found in a bag in the hall closet. I used to travel with these two books and read a page when I arrived early somewhere. It was 2016-17 during my RYT500 Teacher Training.
