The master-planned project runs South of Adamo Drive, East of Channelside Drive, and West of North 19th Street along the Ybor Channel.

The land is currently used as an industrial ship repair yard and more than likely will need remediation.

Upon completion, the finished product will include up to 6 million square feet of residential, office, hotel, and retail space, comprising 4,750 residential units, 500,000 square feet of general office space, 800 hotel rooms, and 156,000 square feet of commercial retail space spanning 20 blocks. The subject property is a 38.30-acre tract, and the access this land provides to the waterfront is invaluable.

From a design perspective, the project plans to engage the portion and activate the waterfront. The activation will include a boardwalk lined with restaurant retail uses, piers, boat slips, floating docks, and green space. This development will have a huge impact on the growth of Ybor adding even more high-rises to the skyline along with ground floor experiential retail! The 4th Annual Jingle Bell Bazaar at Ybor (JBBY) is happening December 11th, 12 pm – 6 pm, in Centennial Park Ybor.

JBBY is much more than the average holiday market! Ybor City's most prominent family holiday festival includes live music bands, entertainment performances, food trucks, vendor shopping, free face painting for the kiddos, stilt walkers, balloon artists, gaming trucks, arts and crafts for the kiddos, and Santa. Fun for the entire family.

This year’s entertainment line-up includes Unique Full Circle Band, Latin Fun Singers, Burgess Music Group, Tampa Bay Flamenco Dance Company, Leonard’s Academy of Dance, New Heights Dance Academy, and the Golden Dolls Dance Academy. JBBY kicks off with a 50-piece drum line from Potter Elementary School, and Santa arrives at 1 PM!

11th Annual Cycling for Autism Event:
A Tampa Midtown Rotary Initiative
The 11th Annual Cycling For Autism event is being planned for October 22nd! This year the ride will again be on the beautiful Courtney Campbell Causeway Trail, with the start and end points at Whiskey Joes. Registration, lunch, and activities will take place on their beach. Rides will be 36, 18, 12, and 6 miles.
This year there will be a rider registration fee of $50.00 and includes pre-race snack, water, shirt, buffet lunch, raffle ticket and complimentary parking with shuttle service. Beneficiaries of this year’s event are the Center for Autism & Related Disabilities (CARD), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) master’s and PhD programs, and the Tampa Midtown Rotary Foundation.
